General Information
We are ISO 9001 / AQAP 110 certified and approved supplier of government agencies in many countries all over the world. The certificate is awarded only after a thorough quality audit carried out by independent specialists.
Introduction

We offer substantial capabilities in a wide range of precision engineering, welding and soldering, measuring and testing technologies. Our experience derives from a long-standing experience in the development and manufacture of high-tech components using extensive production, measuring and environmental test facilities.

Experience and Expertise

We employ state-of-the-art design software and can call on extensive production, measurement and test facilities, including:
  • Clean rooms (Class 100.000) for precision mechanical operations.
  • High quality precision welding systems, laser, electron beam, TIG welding, etc.
  • Laser equipment for welding and marking parts and/or products.
  • Computer controlled vacuum furnace for batch production soldering and heat treatment.
  • 3-D Computer controlled precision instrumentation for measuring dimensional accuracy, roundness and straightness to sub-micron tolerances.
  • Special ultrasonic equipment for cleaning components, pipes with very small diameter etc.
  • Facilities for material and proces investigations, including precision Gauss measurments and hardness, wel-strength and fatigue testing.
  • Equipment for flow testing, helium leak-testing and pressure testing to 3000 bar.
  • Precision lathe for machining of parts with sub-micron tolerances and an optical finish
  • Facilities for environmental testing such as sine and random vibration tests, shock and bump tests, drop tests, temperature and climatic tests and salt mist tests. Furthermore we can make use of the Environmental Testing Laboratory at our parent company Thales Nederland B.V. for EMSC and ESD testing purposes.

Our particular strenghts include the translation of new concepts and techniques into working hardware. The special emphasis is on prototype-building and pre-production engineering, including the development of special-purpose tooling and test equipment.
