Our products have to withstand rough handling and must function perfectly
all over the world. To prove it, the test laboratory is equipped
with fully-instrumented test facilities for a range of investigations.
These include:
Computer controlled 3-D precision linear measurements [details]- Accuracy within (3.3 = L/200) µm
- Roundness within (0.075+ 0.0003H) µm
- Straightness within 1 µm over the full traverse
- Rockwell C/B, Brinell and Vickers measurements
- Tensile testing at 25 kN max.
- Fatigue testing at 50 kN pp max.
All tests are executed conform customer specifications (IEC/MIL-Std, etc.)
If so required, we also develop and make pilot interfaces.
