Our products have to withstand rough handling and must function perfectly all over the world. To prove it, the test laboratory is equipped with fully-instrumented test facilities for a range of investigations.

Computer controlled 3-D precision linear measurements.

• Accuracy within (3.3 = L/200) µm.

Precision roundness/straightness measurements.

• Roundness within (0.075+ 0.0003H) µm.
• Straightness within 1 µm over the full traverse.

Hardness testing.

• Rockwell C/B, Brinell and Vickers measurements.

All tests are executed conform customer specifications (IEC/MIL-Std, etc.) If so required, we also develop and make pilot interfaces.
