Conditioning & Filling Bench Print

This bench has been designed for conditioning our IDCA coolers in a temperature chamber and filling with high purity Helium

Filling Bench

This process is carried out in two phases:

  • An initial conditioning phase (typically at 50 °C), during which the cooler is connected to the vacuum pump.
  • A Helium filling / vacuum pumping cycling phase at 20 °C

Design Features

  • Adaptable to all our IDCA coolers
  • Vacuum pump
  • Control unit:
    • containing a multi-channel valve allowing to fix the Helium input pressure
    • allowing to check the vacuum level and the Helium pressure
  • A temperature chamber equiped with filling interfaces (connected to the control unit)
