Conditioning & Filling Bench |
|
This bench has been designed for conditioning our IDCA coolers in a temperature chamber and filling with high purity Helium
This process is carried out in two phases:
- An initial conditioning phase (typically at 50 °C), during which the cooler is connected to the vacuum pump.
- A Helium filling / vacuum pumping cycling phase at 20 °C
Design Features
- Adaptable to all our IDCA coolers
- Vacuum pump
- Control unit:
- containing a multi-channel valve allowing to fix the Helium input pressure
-
- allowing to check the vacuum level and the Helium pressure
- A temperature chamber equiped with filling interfaces (connected to the control unit)
