In addition to the standard individual product service, we offer the possibility to set up a service plan together with our customer to handle any service issues which might occur in the future at fixed competitive prices and favourable conditions.
Repairs will be carried out to return the product to its original state as much as possible where speed of return and quality of repair are our major efforts.
Complaints about our products or their performance without return of those products are also uniquely registered and handled using general analysis and problem solving techniques such as 8D.
